In healthy ears, cerumen, or ear wax, is produced to keep the ear clean and protected. Pain, hearing loss, tinnitus, infection, and itchy ears can all result from excessive ear wax. You can trust that our highly qualified ear health professionals at Cerum are available to assist. We peek inside the ear using an award-winning video otoscopy (magnifying) instrument. Compared to conventional otoscopes, this gives us a closer look and a wider angle of view. Once we find the wax, we carefully remove it using suction equipment. This is regarded as the most effective way to remove wax.
