Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Electrician to join our facility management team. The candidate should be skilled in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work in residential or commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform electrical maintenance, repair, and installation
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure timely solutions
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems
• Replace switches, sockets, breakers, lights, and wiring
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Support other maintenance teams when required
Requirements:
Requirements
• Previous experience as an Electrician (FM experience preferred)
• Knowledge of electrical tools, wiring, and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and handle emergency repairs
• Ready to join immediately (preferred)
Salary:
AED 1,300 to 1,600 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
