Job Summary:
The Engineering Assistant Manager will support the planning, execution, and management of engineering operations related to Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS). The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and business acumen to ensure efficient system performance and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily engineering operations of RAS facilities.
Support the design, installation, and maintenance of RAS systems and related infrastructure.
Monitor system performance, water quality, and equipment efficiency to ensure optimal production.
Lead and supervise engineering teams, ensuring proper task allocation and timely execution.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, and management.
Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization strategies.
Support business strategy development and implementation for operational growth.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and performance analyses for management.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
Be available to work extended hours and weekends when required.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelorβs Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aquaculture, or related field).
Minimum 10 years of experience in Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS).
At least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Solid understanding of financial management and business strategy.
Leadership and team management capabilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to operational demands.
Salary:
AED 1,000 to 2,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
