Located in Morris, Minnesota, Prairie Community Services, Inc. (PCS) is a private non-profit organization. With 28 years of experience, PCS has been offering mental health services to people. In 1987, PCS was founded as a division of Saint Francis Health Services. PCS started providing mental health services to patients in two Rule 36 programs with 16 beds each. Five counties were served by the Community Support Program (CSP), which was established in 1989. A day treatment program was also started in 1990.
