Customer Success Executive
Job Location : Thiruvalla
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Success Executive to manage broadband and digital TV customer support operations.
This role is critical to ensuring quick issue resolution, clear communication, and smooth coordination with field technicians.
If you enjoy helping people, handling real-time issues, and working in a fast-paced service environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls related to broadband and digital TV services
- Register, track, and manage customer complaints through the service management app
- Assign and coordinate technician visits efficiently
- Follow up on open complaints to ensure timely resolution
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding issue status and timelines
- Maintain accurate service records and call logs
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the concerned team
- Support customers with patience, empathy, and professionalism at all times
Working Conditions
- Ability to handle customer calls at any time (shift-based / flexible timing)

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (Malayalam required; English is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with mobile/web applications
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Calm, polite, and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technicians and internal teams
- Prior experience in customer support, call center, ISP, Digital TV, or service industry is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply
