Job Title : Customer Relations Officer

Job Location: Medcity International Academy

Job Description:

The Customer Relations serves as the first point of contact for prospective students and parents. The role involves guiding them through program selection, admissions, and overall academic journey while ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. This position combines relationship management, student counseling, and administrative support to deliver an excellent educational experience.

Student and Parent Engagement:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with students and their parents, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Act as the main point of contact for both student and parent inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.

Enrollment Assistance:

  • Guide prospective students and their parents through the enrollment process, providing comprehensive information on courses, schedules, and fees.
  • Assist in the completion of enrollment forms and documentation.

Orientation and Onboarding:

  • Conduct orientation sessions for both students and parents to familiarize them with our institution’s policies, facilities, and support services.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new students.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with instructors and administrative staff to address student and parent needs and concerns.
  • Keep both students and parents informed about class schedules, curriculum updates, and any relevant information.

Feedback Collection:

  • Gather feedback from both students and parents regarding their experience with our institution.
  • Compile and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhancement in both student and parent engagement.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Positive and proactive attitude.

3. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
