A leading FMCG principal is hiring a Head of Sales to own the commercial agenda across the UAE (with scope to influence wider GCC). This is a senior leadership role for someone who can drive revenue, build a high-performance sales engine, and lead from the front with distributors, key accounts, and internal stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing
– Own the full sales P&L and deliver revenue, margin, and market share targets
– Lead and develop the sales organisation (field sales, key accounts, channel teams as applicable)
– Set and execute GTM strategy across Modern Trade, General Trade, and/or eCommerce (based on the business mix)
– Build strong distributor and route-to-market execution: coverage, availability, visibility, pricing, promotions
– Lead key customer negotiations and JBPs with major retailers
– Drive forecasting, S&OP inputs, and commercial planning with Marketing/Supply Chain/Finance
– Build performance rhythm: KPIs, scorecards, territory discipline, coaching, and accountability

What we’re looking for
– Senior FMCG sales leadership experience with a principal/manufacturer (not only distributor-side)
– Strong UAE market knowledge and proven relationships across key retailers and channels
– Track record delivering growth: revenue + margin + execution (not just “big accounts”)
– Commercially sharp: pricing, promo effectiveness, trade spend, category dynamics
– Strong people leadership: can build teams, upgrade capability, and set standards
– Excellent stakeholder management across internal leadership and external partners

Package
– AED 80,000–90,000 per month (depending on experience) + benefits/bonus (as applicable)

Requirements:

You’re a proven FMCG sales leader who knows how to win in the UAE market from the principal side. You’ve led sizeable revenue numbers and you’re as strong in strategy as you are in execution — building a clear GTM plan, driving distributor performance, and owning the relationships that matter across Modern Trade and General Trade. You negotiate hard but smart, you understand pricing and trade spend, and you can translate commercial plans into shelf-level results: availability, visibility, and rate of sale. You run a tight performance rhythm with forecasts, KPIs, and coaching, and you’re the type of leader who raises standards quickly — with clear expectations, accountability, and a team that consistently delivers.

Salary:
AED 75,000 to 90,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
