Prepare and review mechanical designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
Perform cooling load calculations and equipment selection.
Develop HVAC layouts, ducting systems, chilled water piping systems, and ventilation designs.
Design plumbing and drainage systems (water supply, sewer, stormwater).
Coordinate with electrical, civil, structural, and architectural teams to ensure system integration.
supervise installation of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems) Ductwork and chilled water piping Plumbing systems (domestic water, drainage, stormwater) Firefighting systems (sprinklers, fire pumps, hose reels).
LPG systems (if applicable)
Requirements:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC design software (e.g., HAP, Carrier, Revit MEP).
Knowledge of HVAC load calculations and equipment selection.
Familiarity with plumbing and firefighting system design.
Strong understanding of mechanical codes and standards.
Salary:
AED 7,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
