Full job description
The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior works at project sites, ensuring quality, timely completion, and adherence to design specifications. The role involves coordinating with designers, vendors, and labour teams to deliver projects efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all on-site interior works including modular kitchens, wardrobes, carpentry, painting, electrical, and finishing.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, designs, and client requirements.
- Monitor daily site progress and report updates to project managers.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.
- Maintain quality control and ensure high finishing standards.
- Handle site measurements and material verification.
- Ensure proper usage of materials and minimize wastage.
- Enforce safety standards and site discipline.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
