We are looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our Kottayam store, manage daily operations, and drive sales while ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
- Manage day-to-day store operations smoothly
- Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product display standards
- Handle billing, POS operations, and cash management
Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets
- Guide customers in selecting our products based on occasion, budget, and preferences
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat customers
Inventory & Stock Management
- Track inventory and ensure proper stock availability
- Manage stock movement, stock counts, and reporting
- Coordinate with the warehouse/store team for replenishment
Team Management
- Supervise and guide sales staff
- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor performance
- Maintain a positive and motivated store team environment
Reporting
- Share daily sales reports
- Track store performance and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with the head office team
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–6 years experience in retail store management (preferably fashion or textile)
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Experience managing store staff
- Good knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Good communication skills in English
- Leadership mindset with problem-solving ability
Preferred Experience
- Experience in saree or textile retail
- Experience handling premium or boutique stores
- Experience in visual merchandising
