By providing a secure environment for members of the LGBTQ+ community to connect with accepting businesses, discover jobs, mentors, professional events, e-learning/training, news, and much more, it empowers the community.
Since establishing the platform, Adrien and Pierre Gaubert, the twin brothers who founded myGwork, have received numerous awards in the diversity and inclusion field. In addition to winning the Attitude Young LGBTQ+ Entrepreneur of the Year Award and being listed as one of the Top 100 Global LGBTQ+ OUTstanding Executives, they were recognized as one of the UK’s Top 50 inclusion champions in the 2022–2023 Diversity Power List.
