Job Role
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our retail team and deliver an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Sales & Service
- Assist customers in selecting the right sports equipment
- Explain product features, benefits, and comparisons
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships
2. Product Knowledge
- Learn and understand badminton rackets, shoes, shuttles, fitness equipment, etc.
- Stay updated with new arrivals and offers
- Suggest suitable products based on customer needs
3. Store Operations
- Maintain display and stock organization
- Assist in stock checking and replenishment
- Support billing and basic POS operations
- Ensure store cleanliness and presentation
4. Sales Growth
- Upsell and cross-sell products
- Collect customer contacts for repeat business
- Support online order packing when required
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience (Sports retail preferred)
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & English)
- Passion for sports (Badminton knowledge is an advantage)
- Target-oriented and energetic personality
- Basic computer knowledge
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + incentives (based on performance)
