Having been established in 1894, Winona Health has provided healthcare to families for over 125 years. Our volunteer board of directors, who live locally, makes sure that our strategic plan and financial resources meet the needs of the community.
To address challenges that impact the health and well-being of individuals and families, we work in partnership with various community groups, providing care outside of our facility. Increasing value to patients is the main goal of our culture of data-driven decision-making and continual improvement. Leaders in the healthcare and other industries, both domestically and internationally, have expressed interest in and visited our method of improvement. To improve healthcare safety and efficiency, Winona Health was among the first in the nation to adopt an integrated electronic medical record.
