Job Overview:
Social Media Managers are responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee social media pages of clients.
· Client Management – Getting approval for a content calendar, Reports updates in work, etc.
· Develop creative and engaging social media strategies & implement them.
· Share weekly Insights from Client’s Social Media Pages.
· Creating and managing client’s paid campaigns
· Measure the success of every social media campaign
· Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
· Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
· Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
· Develop monthly reports
Qualifications:
· Proven work experience as a Social media manager
· Hands on experience in content management
· Excellent copywriting skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Knowledge of Facebook’s advertising platform
