About the Opportunity
Sairworld Pvt Ltd is seeking a high-caliber, Multi-talented Finance & Accounts Intern to join our dynamic team. This is not a traditional desk-job; it is an immersive “Management Trainee” style role designed for individuals who aspire to understand the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Business Strategy.
You will work under the direct mentorship of our senior leadership, including Mr. Lishoy Pushpadevan (CMD of Sairaworld India & COO of Dadco Holdings International), providing you with a rare global perspective on SBMS (Saira Business Management Services ) and Learn Extra (Edtech) corporate management.
Key Responsibilities & Operations
- Multi-Branch Financial Oversight: Coordinate and manage accounts, cash flow, and financial operations across our Kochi, Pathanamthitta, and upcoming Kottayam branches.
- Operational Integration: Support the Edtech division with financial documentation, General management, and operational coordination.
- Engagement: Travel with the core team to attend Corporate Expos, Business Meetings, and Networking Events to represent the finance and operations department.
- Senior Management Liaison: Assist the MD, CFO, and Marketing Head in preparing strategic reports, market data analysis, and executive presentations.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all branches maintain strict adherence to company financial policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Candidate Requirements
- Dynamic Mobility: Must be flexible to work from any of our three branches (Kochi, Pathanamthitta, Kottayam) and possess Free accommodation arrangements in these locations.
- Professional Conduct: Must maintain a high standard of corporate demeanor, including professional attire and elite communication skills.
- Versatility: We are looking for a “Smart & Multi-talented” individual—someone who can pivot from detailed accounting work to high-level meeting coordination seamlessly.
