Our Regional Main Contracting client has a new requirement for well experienced Project Manager to join their team in Dubai working on Civil Build and interior Fit Out projects. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Project Manager working on similar project typologies involving build and surrounding civil works in the UAE and have relevant contracting company background for recognised contracting companies previously
This role is available for immediate joining and is a direct hire, permanent opportunity employed by our client.
Key Responsibilities:
Site supervision and design review,
Project Coordination between disciplines and stakeholders to drive project delivery
Lead the execution of base build and civil construction projects from design finalization to handover.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with clients, designers, engineers, procurement, and site teams for smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards on all sites.
Prepare and submit progress reports to management and clients.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and performance compliance.
Handle client communication and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead project meetings and provide updates on timelines, risks, and solutions.
Requirements:
Project Manager Experience:
Degree or Diploma in Civil, Architecture or related
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in leading base build and civil works projects – at least 2 in the UAE
Proven related professional experience on relevant project typologies
Experience of working in a Consultancy or Contractor company leading and driving base build and fit out Projects.
Familiar with Dubai municipality codes and regulations
Confident and competent to lead the project and the team independently with only guidance from the PD.
Experience holding client meetings and strong stakeholder / client engagement and management.
Proven track record of executing projects within budget, demonstrating commercial acumen, P&L management
Salary:
AED 18,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
