We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to do our branch operations at Cherthala , Alappuzha region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the NBFC or financial services sector, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for achieving business goals while ensuring superior customer service.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in an NBFC or similar financial institution
- Strong background in sales, marketing, and business development
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries effectively
- Ability to manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to guide and assist walk-in customers with professionalism
- Good understanding of financial products, lending operations, and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall branch operations, ensuring efficient functioning and compliance
- Handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction
