The largest canal charity in the UK, Canal & River Trust was established in 2012 and is responsible for maintaining a 2,000-mile network of beautiful canals and navigable rivers. We create vital spaces for people and wildlife, bridging many of the urban and rural parts of the UK and making us all feel better and happier.
In addition to our waterways, we oversee the third-largest collection of historic structures in the nation, as well as museums and archives. These things allow us to provide millions of individuals with opportunities for well-being every year. To sustain this diverse community that resides, works, and plays on our canals, we require a very diverse staff.
