British Airways World Cargo and Iberia Cargo merged to form IAG Cargo, which was established in April 2011. After incorporating other airlines such as Aer Lingus, Vueling, and LEVEL, IAG Cargo currently serves a global network spanning six continents.
IAG Cargo was chosen over other important organizations because of its dedication to its employees and its strong programs. One initiative is a new learning and development series called “Leading the Way,” which the company introduced. The program’s goal is to energize all employees throughout the business about IAG Cargo’s vision, mission, values, and customer essentials. In 2023, over 500 employees from 13 different countries attended in person.
