We are partnering with a prominent organization looking to appoint a General Manager – Consumer Electronics to drive business growth, retail expansion, and brand positioning across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales and market expansion
• Lead sales across retail, modern trade, and e-commerce channels
• Manage key accounts, distributors, and strategic partnerships
• Oversee product lifecycle management and pricing strategies
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
• Ensure operational efficiency, including after-sales service excellence
• Drive financial performance, cost control, and profitability
• Build and lead high-performing commercial and operational teams
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• 20–25 years of experience in Consumer Electronics or related sectors
• At least 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity
• Strong exposure to UAE/GCC retail and distribution ecosystems
• Proven leadership in P&L ownership and revenue growth
• Established industry network is highly preferred
