Study Abroad Counsellor – Germany / Europe
Location: Kottayam
Role
Guide students for Germany & Europe programs (Masters, Ausbildung, Opportunity Card, Language Programs).
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
Counsel students & parents
Convert leads into registrations
Follow up and manage leads in CRM
Requirements
Fluent in Malayalam & English
Strong communication & confidence
Experience in sales / counselling (preferred)
Comfortable with high call volume
Target-oriented mindset
Salary & Incentives
