Job Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Executive who can handle our online platforms and support customer relationship management activities. The role includes managing enquiries, responding to customers, and improving engagement through social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business)
- Handle incoming enquiries, messages, and comments
- Respond to customer queries and ensure proper follow-up
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
- Maintain records of enquiries, leads, and customer interactions
- Support posting of content by coordinating with design/content team
- Monitor engagement and basic performance of social media activities
- Ensure all communication is professional and timely
Skills & Requirements
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalam is an advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling)
- Ability to handle multiple conversations and follow-ups
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Experience

- 2–3 years experience in social media handling, CRM, or customer
