Job Role Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executives to plan and execute field marketing campaigns for solar solutions.
The role involves on-ground promotion, lead generation, customer interaction, and campaign execution using vehicle branding, site visits, and local outreach.
Key Responsibilities Field & Campaign Marketing
- Execute vehicle-based marketing campaigns (Ace van / car branding activities)
- Conduct area-wise promotions (residential areas, shops, apartments, institutions)
- Coordinate flex boards, banners, pamphlet distribution
- Support mic/announcement campaigns where legally permitted
Lead Generation
- Generate qualified solar leads from:
- Residential houses
- Commercial buildings
- Small industries
- Collect customer details and update leads in CRM / WhatsApp system
- Explain basic solar concepts, EMI, subsidy benefits to customers
Customer Interaction
- Attend walk-in and field inquiries
- Fix site visit appointments for technical team
- Follow up with interested customers
Reporting & Coordination
- Daily report of:
- Areas covered
- Leads generated
- Customer feedback
- Coordinate with sales & technical teams
- Support marketing events / exhibitions if required
Eligibility & Requirements Qualification
- Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree
- Marketing or sales background preferred
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Malayalam mandatory)
- Basic English reading/writing preferred
- Confidence to speak with customers
- Willingness to work in the field
Additional Preference
- Two-wheeler licence (preferred)
- Prior experience in:
- Solar
- Electrical
- Insurance / Finance / Real estate marketing (added advantage)
Working Details
- Field-based role
- Weekly off: 1 day
- Target-oriented with performance incentives Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
